“I have always been a foodie and a self-proclaimed chocolatier and baker making homemade chocolate truffles and other goodness,” says owner Cathy Fraser. She “started the mobile food business in Colorado with one tent and one table and grew to using over eight tables, two tents, and a U-Haul truck to accommodate all our amazing customers at special events and art shows. Now we have a small self-contained food trailer and may also show up with a few tents based on the event.” Hot Digitty Doggies is now expanding into the Florida market in Sarasota County for the winters and will be back in Colorado (Summit County) in the summer for exclusive events.
