My law firm is centered around civil litigation and dispute resolution. 90% of my practice is dedicated to litigation. I practice primarily in the areas of divorce and family law, business and commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and probate and trust litigation. I enjoy a variety of practice areas, but the common thread is civil litigation.

I am proponent of early mediation and alternative dispute resolution, especially in the context of a divorce. This means that I keep the focus of your legal matter on the solution rather than the problem. This practical approach to solving legal problems allows me to resolve cases without litigation when possible. This saves my clients money and stress. However, when negotiations fail the legal system remains at our disposal. As a trial lawyer I make full use of the courts if that is what the situation requires.
