Everyone knows laughter is the best medicine and is good for our health. Research has proven that the body cannot differentiate between simulated or real laughter and it doesn’t matter if our laughter is a result of being entertained – or not! To get the scientifically proven benefits of laughter, one must laugh for 15 to 20 minutes. Natural laughter is not enough to provide significant health benefits as it is conditional and comes for a few seconds here and there.

LAUGHTER YOGA is an aerobic physical exercise and not a mental process – yet it is good for your brain!
Laughter Yoga is the only technique that allows you to achieve sustained hearty laughter without involving cognitive thought. In the practice of Laughter Yoga, laughter is initiated with laughter exercises. Many Laughter exercises are brain gym exercises with laughter, helping to stimulate new connections between the two sides of your brain!
There are four steps of Laughter Yoga – CLAPPING, BREATHING, PLAYFULNESS & LAUGHTER EXERCISES
