With 37 years of experience, Mark Elliott, CPA, MBA, brings deep expertise in tax return review, tax planning, accounting, financial analysis, and business consulting, with a particular focus on closely held and small businesses. As a trusted advisor, Mark partners with business owners and individuals to deliver practical, strategic tax solutions and financial guidance that support long-term growth and sustainability.
Prior to joining ICG, Mark founded and led Elliott Group Inc., which he successfully ran for over 20 years before selling the firm four years ago. In that role, he served as President and primary advisor to a diverse client base, specializing in small business and individual tax returns, proactive tax planning, financial analysis, and hands-on business consulting. Earlier in his career, Mark worked in a number of corporate roles and also served as a Tax Advisor with PwC, further strengthening his technical foundation and strategic perspective.
Mark holds a BSBA in Accounting & MIS and an MBA, and he is an active member of the AICPA and FICPA, staying engaged with evolving tax regulations and industry best practices.
