About Sheila Allaire
I joined Exit King Realty in 2015 and have been in the Top 100 Agents Report for the whole state of Florida and top 10 for my broker. I love helping people and Exit King Realty gives me the tools I need to do so. I have vast knowledge in the construction and renovations of homes and stay on top of what is available in the area so sellers get a good price for their home and buyers have the value they deserve.

As a full-time agent with Exit King Realty I List and Sell in Sarasota, Charlotte, and Manatee counties. My broker has an office in Venice, Sarasota, and Lakewood Ranch so I am able to service my clients easily from multiple locations.

I love what I do. I started as a buyers agent representing just buyers and am now a listing agent as well. I have done repeat business from my past buyers and sellers and my success has grown.
