Chaz 51 Bistro is a foodie destination offering high-end cuisine to challenge even those with the most discerning tastes. Master Chef Charles invites you to experience his modern interpretation of fine dining. Charles and his wife and business partner, Andrea, welcome their guests with warm Caribbean hospitality, resonant with their Haitian and Jamaican heritages. This dining locale is a community jewel combining gourmet selections in a comfortable local setting.
The selections prepared by Chef Charles seek to excite the palate, inspire the epicurean adventurer, and transport first-time guests to becoming regular diners. Carefully chosen ingredients combined with a refined technique are the basis for the seasonally inspired menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For morning nourishment, you will have a hard time deciding between the light and fluffy omelets or the freshly created frittatas. For lunch, Chef Charles offers his adaptation of the classic French Onion Soup, hearty salads accompanied by homemade dressings, and non-traditional wraps and sandwiches. A pleasingly balanced dinner menu includes Canadian Lobster tails, Louisiana Redfish filet, and mouth watering Petit Filet Oscar.
