Take a bit of our family dairy farm home with you with the Dakin Dairy Farm Market! We have tons of souvenirs for you to remember your day on our farm. And, all of our fresh dairy products are available for you to take home to your family. After learning the details of our grass-fed cows, sustainable farm, and process, take advantage of our fresh products! If you took a tour, you were able to learn even more about our process. Now, taste the Dakin Dairy difference.
We offer all types of natural milk in our dairy farm market. In addition, we offer a large variety of our natural cheese curds. Just like our natural milk products, these cheese curds are creamier, tastier, and loaded with additional nutrients you won’t find in other cheeses. Also, take some of our half and half and our heavy cream home with you. You will be able to taste the Dakin difference whenever you want!
Also, we go beyond our Dakin dairy products. We are happy to offer hats, t-shirts, stuffed animals, and more! After spending the day on our farm, choose your souvenirs from our farm market! We hope you can look at the souvenirs later and remember the fun you had at our family dairy farm. In addition, we offer local Florida honey! Find the perfect souvenir to mark your day at our dairy farm market.
The Dakin Moofe at Dakin Dairy Farms is open to the public and sells freshly made sandwiches, has 22 ice cream flavors, and milkshakes! The Moofe and Farm market carries milk products, local jarred goods, meat, cheese, and eggs, and an assortment of gift items. Now it is easier than ever to incorporate our natural dairy products in your home cooking. Whether you are cooking for a typical weekday or for a holiday, your family will taste the Dakin difference!
Tours
Our Dakin Dairy Farm Tour is one of the most unique family activities in the Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Bradenton area. Bring the family and your friends to learn “Where Milk Comes From” and how milk travels from the cow to the bottle. Afterwards, you will have a chance to taste the difference of our fresh Dakin milk!
You’ll start by getting up close and personal with our girls in the free stall barns. Next, tour the Milk Parlor and get a firsthand look at how a cow is milked and see where we store our products. Then, follow the flow into the plant itself and learn about pasteurization, bottling, and cheese-making.
Tours include tasting our chocolate and making your own butter. You’ll also get to visit the resident livestock while learning about calves and goats. These tours are educational in addition to entertaining! We offer school field trips, group tours and public tours. There are no group rate discounts. Tours last 45 minutes to an hour. Children 2 and Under are free.

Events/Parties
At Dakin Dairy Farms we offer a Traditional Farm Party Package or an All Inclusive Farm Party Package plus additional add ons! We offer a variety of options to experience our farm up close and personal at your private event! We look forward to hosting you & connecting you with our personal events coordinator to set up your desired details!
